Understanding Your Investment in Homebirth
Pricing
Full-Service, Private Midwifery Care
Standard Basic Midwifery Fee: $10,000 (if billing a health share directly, this is the insurance priced fee used.)
Self-Pay Discounted Fee: $6,500 (paid by 34 weeks) or $6,000 (if paid in full at the first visit)
When beginning care we will create a custom payment plan for your care.

In-home Only Care
For clients desiring the convenience of in-home care, I do provide this option for a very limited number of clients! Pricing is dependent on your location. For a rough estimate, if you live within 10 miles of my office the total fee for this service add-on is $1000 in addition to your Midwifery Care fee!

Financial Policies & Procedures
Invoices are sent to your email on the 1st of the month with a scheduled due date as established per your payment plan and able to be paid online at your convenience before that date.
Payment methods: Quickbooks Invoicing allows for payments from most credit cards with a 3% fee OR debit cards or HSAs are also an option with no added fee. Zelle is also an option!
If you do not make your monthly payment, there is a $150 late fee added to your balance.
There are absolutely no refunds after 34 weeks. If a hospital birth became necessary, I facilitate the transfer and still provide routine postpartum care.
