Ready to schedule a consultation?

Send me your info!

because of the intensive personal care my clients receive, I have limited space in my practice. This protects my clients, ensuring optimal chances of having me present for them when they need me, as well as myself, ensuring I don’t burn out and am able to nurture all areas of my life.

*I currently am not providing care for VBAC after 2 cesareans or twins. Feel free to email me for referrals, I have amazing colleagues that can care for you!

FAQs

Do you accept insurance?

In short, no. Insurance is from satan. I’m only kind of kidding. I don’t accept insurance but do work with most health shares and offer payment plans for self-pay clients. I accepted insurance for a short season and realized it greatly negatively impacts my ability to provide the level of care that I’m passionate about providing. My self-pay rate is competitive and I try to offer customized payment plans that work for everyone. After care is complete, my super amazing billing coordinator, Lynn, will provide you with the info you need to submit to your insurance directly for reimbursement.

What if there is an emergency?

As a midwife, licensed and governed by the state as well as nationally credentialed, I am required to maintain certifications in emergency skills. I carry all of the same emergency medications and most of the same emergency equipment you’d find in a hospital setting and am trained and able to manage most “common” birth emergencies.

What happens if you’re at another birth when I go into labor?

I have a very low volume practice in attempts to prevent this from happening. In the last 8 years I have never missed a birth because of having two clients in labor at one time. IF by some CRAZY chance that happened, I have skilled midwives I work closely with that would step in and help me manage both births at no additional cost to you. Likely I would be jumping from one to another as soon as baby #1 was born. You wouldn’t even know it had happened :)
